They had a private "sale" from one fund to another of 6m shares within pike.
And the phrase "non-derivative securities" just means the primary security....common stock.

You have to read the 13 D filings and then you see, they were swapping a certain amount of shares from one fund to another fund,(both in control of Pikes) so in one you get some reduction and by the other one an increase, but besides that, they bought more shares and if all is taken into consideration and added together, they have increased their stake by approx. 3,5 Mio shs.
