That's not correct, according to the last Form 4 filed by Pike, they owned 125,237,550 shares of SPNG as of 10/23/09.

Now, according to this latest filing, they own 122,752,750 shares after buying more stock between December 02, and Dec 22.

How the hell can they beneficially own less shares after buying all these new shares. Funny stuff is going on here with these non derivative securities of SPNG. What am I missing in all this??
