It's also illegal to issue more shares in DLAD or any other stock than what the Company Charter called for without shareholder approval under Nevada law.

So with your 130 million shares did you get any notification about voting for that change?? If you owned those shares before December 9th then you had voting rights and so did I. I never received anything through Scottrade about being able to vote my 21.5 million shares in that matter.
