No, he invested funds from DLAD to buy other businesses. This is legal. If he diverts the money to a private company and bankrupts the publicly held company, this is illegal. This was my first concern about the private company statement, I did some research on the Nevada SEC website and found that others have tried to pull this off and landed in jail. I personally will see that Humphries has a view from behind those same bars if he is that stupid to try it.

I have mentioned in my earlier post that the company has already transformed, only the name has not as of yet.
Do you remember DaimlerChrysler? They sold off 80% of the Chrysler assets prior to changing the name to reflect the new company as it stood as Daimler.
