What you are missing is they are just now getting the money. In the mean time, they had to keep options on these companies and run a business. If all of this has been done to get us to the finish line, I have no problems with what has transpired. They have repeatedly said they will do a large buyback and I am looking forward to seeing shares retired in the near future.

My DD, key-stoned by the management, tells me new opportunities opened up for them that required the "dilution".

In my estimation, he only missed the August date, and again, we are not privy to everything that was involved with that - the delay has been advantageous to me.

Once the PR's start hitting, I think it will answer everyone's questions.
