So if they have all this money to do whatever they want then why the need to dilute the O/S after telling us they wouldn't? In fact, he told some of us on the phone that the O/S would be capped much lower then it was. Why lie to us? Why tell us a share structure update was coming and never issue it? If you need the capital to get the deals done, so be it...Just tell us. Why miss every deadline stated? Don't give dates if your not sure you can get it done. Act more responsibly. Why behave in a shady manner? Soon, with a few more delays, all those restricted shares will not be restricted anymore. Wonder what the PPS will be when they enter the float? These are the things that concern me about QASP. Now granted, I will still buy low and sell high because that is the nature of the beast, but I would have much preferred to hold this long. Obviously that isn't happening due to the behavior of those involved. I don't feel my "investment" is safe with this company. In fact many of us here are down over 50% from summer levels. I would think that some of the bulls would be upset by this but I guess not. They must be so rich that the 50% loss didn't affect them.
