Bob, I have no idea. In my PM to you I only told you that the rig is limited to a water depth of 5750 feet and the JDZ and EEZ approach 7500 feet.

Almost all of the JDZ and EEZ blocks are in water 6000-7500 feet. Celtic Sea is rated for 5750 ft.

Although it could be upgraded between now and then...


The Celtic Sea will drill for whoever contracted it and it will drill where that contractor wants. No public document anywhere suggests that it will have any connection to ERHC Energy. I'll leave the Celtic Sea on the back burner for now, although that could always change.
