The reason I posted the original message was 3 year lease with a unknown lessee?
Please understand,$350 millon for a contract is not unusual, but the secrecy is unusual. Celtic Sea is now in Brazil drilling for Petrobras. What do you think about the secrecy? Please respond in the open. I will not respond via private e-mail. With the delay in Angola leasing, where is this critter going to drill, in your opinion? Is there pre-salt potential in Angola?
