Not the way it was traded today...the sellers today were impatient traders that waited basically all day for news and when they didn't get it they decided to exit their position towards the end of the day.
Also, if they plan on diluting tomorrow would be the day to do it after the pr...not the day before!
I watched this stock on my L2 for a lot of the day today and this did not trade like a stock being diluted, so put that in your pipe and smoke it!
