Ryan - The calculations that ESR has assumes a industry standard 25% of revenue to add to bottomlines, and calculations are based on this bottom line % and low end revenue of $20M. So, is 25% a reasonable % based on the structure what TSHO has? I dont know. Also, I dont think it is TSHO who is employing/contracting any other firm except Cesari D. I think that part of hiring other partners is handled by CD, and that's why its a turnkey project with CD. CD gets into all the partnership on behalf of TSHO. All guesses though
