The AV hasn't been done yet because it's not feasible technically.
Anybody can have an idea and get a patent on it, delivering a finished and viable product is something totally different.

If this is not true, why we don't have the AV yet?
If Scott is able to deliver the AV why hasn't he done it yet? Just to drive investors crazy?
