Yes I know but like i said we in Canada don't have any restriction at all on numbers of trades

Actually, they got you for daytrading...

But the rule is if you do that more than 3 times in a 5 day period.

it is because you did that more than once. they warned you and then they restrict your trading after the first hand slap.
