It is because I bought stock X, then I sold stock X, and I used that money to buy Stock Y

all on the same day

and for some reason that is considered illegal( if your account is less thatn 25,000$ in it) , by the SEC, if you have a cash account since the trades have not settles so you are using money that you do not have


which is BS since how am I supposed to know if the trade is settled


sorry I am tryna make some money
