The PR solidified nothing, it was a progress report stating actual results on all issues are weeks and months away. It stated their intent, we pretty we'll knew their intent already.
IMO the PR was released as they apparently have nothing to release for quite a while and hoped this would help ease the slide.
We'll see how the PR is taken and if the PPS will rise on the future speculation presented in it.
