The only creditor this share increase will help is NIR GROUP/Corey Ribotsky. NOBODY ELSE.

They are in the right industries at the right time. There are 20MM preferred shares available in their capital structure to enable some growth. If investors see evidence of some real progress I'm sure investor's will definitely approve more common shares in the future.

They made no mention in the proxy statement that they needed to increase the authorized share amount to avoid bankruptcy.
