Also , what I would like to see

1. The National Instrument Report 43-101 and Assay Report,

Reporting a 7 trillion ton of Vanadium find .

2. Insiders stock locked up with the New TSX Listing.

3.A PPM to raise funds to insure Capital Resources going forward.

4. A Broker/Dealer Investment Banking Contract with a Major House.

5. More Outside Directors in the BOD.

6. The Bid Price $ 20.00 with a Tender Offer for a Buy
