SIAF, the uplist they are talking about is going from the pinks to the OTC, not the NASDAQ or AMEX. I have no idea of the requirements the OTC has, but Im sure they are not as high.

Correct...I believe one of the main things required for OB stocks is a much better, more transparent, level of financial reporting. I also think SIAF has already been working on this for the last three years... I believe CSykes reported on this some time back...???

I am also reading, but cannot confirm, that insiders now control only 93% of the shares...

The Risk/Reward for SIAF looks good to me...

SIAF - you're right. There are so many companies here talking about uplisting to NASDAQ/AMEX that I forgot that SIAF was still only at step #1.

I believe this is a good growth story but the small public float may be restrictive. There won't be enough room for institutional investors to invest and drive up the value so only retail investors will be involved. Even with the poor liquidity, we may still get good share price growth but it's always nicer when the institutions pile in.
