Since so many are asking.. here are the numbers as I know them to be from the T/A just this past week.

Float 2,480,263 (4.6%)

Approximately 10M shares are held by nonaffliated investors who were a part of the original merger. According to the CEO these individuals are invested at much higher levels, some as high as $2.60 per share. They are also "friendly" to the company and have a long term horizon.

There are also 10M Preferred share authorized but none outstanding.
