Just listened to the conference call, I'm still unsure as to how we, the stock holders, are compensated by this "acquisition" of our company, green bridge.
Sounded like the buyout would be paid by some sum of money and stock over a period of time. What stock? WOW is not a publically traded company...so what stock are they referring to? Who gets this stock?
I was hoping conference call would enlighten me but I feel more in the dark than before.
Someone, anyone, have a good idea of how this will play out in the next 1 - 2 weeks as far as pps or however the shareholders will be "rewarded"?
Also, another conference call on the 28th...if we haven't heard any specifics by that time I'm sure we'll get the low down then.
