When you make a statement, EVEN if you have a disclaimer after that statement, you cannot insinuate, infer, promote, or attempt to deceive, if PROVEN the statement, EVEN WITH THE DISCLAIMER, WAS to induce investment. Commonly referred to as "stock fraud" in the industry. And there are a lot of statements in the "gray area", that would require a trial to determine whether the statement made was "gray" or crossed over to "black".

There are damned few investor winners in the "pinks".

tophat while those are reasonable points of discussion they do not address the issue:
were investors led to believe that edex owned lease assets?
does eldorado actually own any lease assets?
