I agree completely, and I'm in the military. Most Officers get it themselves, the enlisted not so much. Hinders readiness.

Ordinary "military folk" and "Defence Department" are 2 different ball games. Besides, the amount of people in the military is peanuts compared to the total population. Anyone with any sales knowledge targets the masses, not the minorities.
