If I may .. me hearties re the Smeaton claims.

This is copied directly from the Carina news release ..

Being familiar with the biz I would take it verbatim, meaning that the Walker gang including CMKX paid Spelliscey to have someone stay lined up at the recording office. But this is only to save face for Walker and company because Shaun probably had Walker beat hands down at getting a hired person inside the door. Shaun probably sold his place in line .. as we are allowed to do. So maybe Janice, a deal was cut but the release is worded to save face. Incidentally whichever of the J V companies that was delegated to manage the J V is the company that made the boo boo of allowing the claims to lapse and Spelliscey to beat them at re-staking. But they all know one another quite well .. Urban, Rick, and Shaun.
