Reverse merger - usually means that a company on the otcbb reverse merges with another company on nasdaq to get on the NASDAQ... Saves the OTC bb company money and paper work involved to uplist to NASDAQ.

Maybe I'm wrong .. Correct me if it's wrong.

Have been wrong before but I dont see cbai Doing anything like this. They are Hugh already ... :)
