Everything is in the PR's. There have been so many over the las 4 weeks and they are chock full of goodies. One of the best ones stated they will not dilute or reverse split until 2011 at the earliest IF they even do then. Also they have reduced the share structure and intend to do it some more without a negative impact on shareholders. Hope this helps some.
