I don't know if they'll be cancelled. They don't have to cancel them on reorg. But they can create new classes for the debtholders. I just think the debt will get you more of a payout. I don't want to pay 8c a share to get .005 in the bankruptcy. It happened to me several times before and I learned my lesson with commons. But then you have companies like IOVE that went into bankruptcy, kept their commons in tact, and for shareholders that held for 10 years, have about 15 percent back from the original offering. For those who bought after the bankruptcy at .000X then got a 100 for 1 forward, they made a lot of money.
