you should be able to it a couple of times, providing you can buy before the $$ clears, the most that will happen when you sell and buy before it clears is you will get suspended for 3 months, take your $$ and go to scottrade, then do it there, then move to another place, go to places that will offer free trades to sign up, this is what i did i dont think the rules have changed, good luck
