This stock has already consolidated from .022 and has impending news with a symbol change and several divy's coming.

At .02+ had you made and argument that a sell off might result due to delays in symbol/divy's you would have been right.

Now that the bulk of the delay is over and consolidation has occurred the recovery has begun.
