To cover a Naked Short Share... it must either be bought and deleted, or bought and given an underlying security. The true float is the amount of underlying securities available. If the true float is 5 Billion... that is how many underlying securities are available. If the NSS position is 250 Billion... that means the market makers and broker dealers must purchase at least 245 Billion naked shorts and delete them.

If they need 245 billion... they have to make people want to sell. You and me. To get someone to want to sell... what must you do? You must make them think that the stock is about to tank... or pay them a price they want. Which one is cheaper?

How to make them think the stock is about to tank? Publish articles in shady internet rags such as stockwatch, stockpatrol, and stocklemon. (All which have been sued by companies that they published untrue crap articles about). Complain to the SEC about an up and comer like USCA so they get halted. Bring up some old crap in Sask on the same day. Pay bashers on the boards. It's amazing the amount of time that they have put into this little pink..

That worked on a few people, but it is about to come to an end when the SEC lifts the suspension on USCA. Credibility is not an issue after that. Good luck Lee Webb.

Now... to get the majority of us to sell... they will need to raise the price. With each raise in the price, some shareholders are going to grow stronger and stronger in their resolve to not sell. Thus they will increase the price, thus they will make some stronger, thus they will increas the price, thus making some stronger... over and over. There will be dips along the way to shake those who are not so strong... but over all... this thing could go... to dsa moon.
