MM's need to move it back down, so it will not trip any alerts. The runs only happen on volume, for the pps to stay steady or above previous, we need constant volume or the MM's will manipulate the PPS all the way back down to where it started.

Does anyone have the frankfurt info for today please?
Also do the same MM's play the Frankfurt market?
Would be interesting to know, knowing NITE/FBRC are the manipulators here.
