Jazz: BIEL has finally been cleared of the C.E. designation. (see below) Now if some brokerage house were restricting purchases of Biel because of the C.E. then, it would make sense for the FDA not to approve before that restriction had been cleared. Now nothing for sure here, but it sounds plausible. If true, C.E. cleared, brokerage allows buying, opens the flood gates for stock to finally flourish. S.P.+ IMHO
