All we have in pinky land is PR's and filings to go by, what you are saying is pure speculation, im just telling you the fact's made public to us by the company that's all. If it's not in writing then i don't pay attention to it and move on. As it stand's right now the float is 2.2 billion, with a recent pr about reducing it.
