North Carolina sucks as a place to live. As a matter of fact, I recommend that all northerners actually drive around the state when heading south. Don't even touch the bolders, I feel that is much better for anyone even considering heading this way. Better yet, just get a flight and land in Georgia and then drive south. Only trying to help here. ;)

Let me give you all some good advice......move to god's country.......Wyoming! We have NO state income tax, No city tax, township tax, borough tax, and all that other garbage. I own a 300 acre cattle ranch with a 2000 sq ft log cabin on it and pay $1500 year property taxes. I also own a 3000 sq ft house in Green River and pay $1200 property tax a year on it.

My investment don't get touched by the state. No violent crime, no state welfare system, no toll roads......Then again we have 2 malls in the entire state......

Anyway, it sounds like the cold and snow may keep you away, but this place is the best kept secret in the world. I promise you that.

As for EVRM, yesterday was pretty nice, but like some have said, the low volume was a bit peculiar. Hopefully this week we build back up to where we should be.
