I've been meaning to respond to this. And before you suggest it, no, you can't vote twice. I did a little test in the middle of the night when people would likely not be voting. After I placed my vote, I checked to see what the count was, and then I went back and tried it again, and no new vote was registered (the number of people picking the first choice, did not rise.
