I don't think he rants on about Sirius much. He will sometimes complain about this or that, but I don't remember ever hearing him talk about Sirius like he did about previous stations he worked at. Even at K-Rock, he was generally happy until they began censuring him like crazy.
It will be interesting to see what happens when his contract expires. He could very well give up radio and just to his own projects. But when his contract was coming up the last 2 times at K-Rock (before he left), he kept talking about retiring and he just signed back on. The only difference is that Sirius gave him the farm the first time! I just don't see the same deal the next time. You can be sure that if Stern signs back on for less.... you won't hear it from him! I think even he realizes that to stay on, he isn't going to get the same deal.
