My point was just that BK's alway tail off prior to target dates like the 12/18 Omnibus. I won't pretent to understand all of the details I really don't need to I manage my portfolio based on historical patterns and standard deviations. Unless the Bk attornies that post here are completely of their rockers and those that have traced this play for over a year are out of their minds..we stand a better than avg chance of winning and winning big. what that win is your are correct it is all speculation but based on quoted law on this and other boards is should no less than 3x value which JPMC put at $8.00 base on their offer earlier this year.

That was all I am saying. Of course it is dropping but not from retail presssure from MM's trying to drive it south. Perhaps even JPMC brokers trying to hedge their bets...
