Funny. Once you get educated you see the signs from miles away. It's not rocket science to spot a reverse split coming. Now look back at the so-called bashers postings and they reiterate points in that link. Now look back and look at the pumpers and see how dangerous it is for the uninformed to post as if they know what they're talking about.

No follow-through on promises by management, eg. financials, share structure updates, uplistings, etc.
A history of company name changes, symbol changes, and reverse splits.
Incessant Dilution
Gagged Transfer Agent (TA).
Inability to get a current share count from the company.
Increasing Outstanding/Authorized share counts.
Constant decline in price with rapidly increasing volume on chart.
Decline in price with no material event as a cause.
Large, even blocks of shares continually hitting the bid.
History of pump and dump action on the chart. 1-3 day quick runs followed by steep high volume drops.
