He represented a company called Heroya, which owned a lot of Freestar stock. Freestar was a scam that was also suspended by the SEC.

In addition, there's a Bermuda company on the E&A client list that's not only a Pinkie, but an offshore Pinkie.

The problem is that if they are "pink"... they are non-filing, so unless Glenn would volunteer that information it is going to be very hard to find.

"Really, if you get a chance could you show me another pink that Glenn has represented, no hurry when its convient."

I spent about 30 minutes looking. I did find a few companies that are OTC BB or pinks that they have represented.

Brek Energy, Storage Engine, Gasco Energy, American Country, Freestar, Footstar, VFinance. I would "guess" there are more but unless Glenn wants to tell you who they are.... we won't know.

It's crazy to think that just because Glenn is involved that everything is going to be great. I'm sure Enron had great legal representation & I know they had a top line Accounting Firm but people still got scammed. If it could happen with them...you can bet it could happen here.
