That is exactly what they were for... they told us about final shares to be issued for the merger in 11/19 PR.

Also, Paul and Ben converted their pref. shares into common and kicked in some of their own shares to close the BioHarp deal as well.

We have began the process of converting preferred shares into common shares in order to insure the integrity of the company as we move forward to gain a listing on a higher exchange

Mr. Friedman and I feel strongly enough about the BioHarp that we will be utilizing our equity in the company to finalize any shares issued for the transaction
