I think it's clear that something is in the works, but the time passage can cause an eventual lack of liquidity that could impede the future even if great news comes about.

After spending a good bit (several months ago) to average down, I can now sell at the .035 and get out alive. I need to sell something to cover my Gold profits and I have to keep this one in mind as I do have some that would be at a loss. If PVD, or someone, is planning on doing something I wish they would man-up and give us a hint. Being out of touch for this length of time does not build up a lot of confidence. JMHO

checked with t/a no change in share structure this entire year..with just a little volume swings will happen..if good news hits watch out...
