You are getting smoked by Fidelity for some reason.

I just enter the exact trade into my account. The commission
was $14.95. I may be at a higher commission level since I trade a
lot but I think the max is $29.95. This is online orders, if you
trade through a broker I wouldn't know what the costs are.
