It was expected. The holding company was not going to agree there was any merit to JPM's interlocutory appeals, and JPM was not going to dismiss its "frivolous" appeals. Now Sleet has to get the appeal off his desk. This can be done by Sleet not granting JPM permission to appeal the interlocutory orders of Walrath which would be in concert with the decision of his higher ups the third circuit court of appeals in like attempts in other cases.

My guess is that if there is no more mediation and settlement talks then Judge Walrath has to settle the matter.
