So they increase the AS in order to raise marketing money by selling shares into the open market and the best they can do is have some John Doe sell kits on eBay ... probably out of his home in Altoona PA??

It will be interesting to see if we get disclosure on retail sales. Can't for the life of me think why not it's a simple everyday transaction.
