Why spend good money on Earthbound when the contract has not been finalized yet? These guys might be excellent at what they do but they won't come cheap. The company is midstream in heavy expansion why waste good money promoting something that hasn't been concluded yet.....?

Moreover so what if John Doe wants to sell kits on Ebay. It's still a free country last I checked...your grasping at straws.
