Thanks! Does anyone know why DTC might have special locks on a particular stock? This might be a mundane matter like Expo's TA isn't on top of his game or something more significant. Perhaps I will contact Expo to ask them about it.

So in other words. They know what best for you. Sounds like a liberal organization to me. Ask them if they are going to cover your losses too seeing as they obviously feel your not intelligent enough to make your own choices.
