Thank you for your email. You expressed concern in regards to not being able to buy EXPH at this time. I certainly understand your frustration. At the same time, please understand that when such measures are taken, it is after thorough review of the situation surrounding the stock undertaken by our Risk Analytics team. EXPH is among the list of stocks that have special locks from DTC making it difficult to settle the trades. Restricting it to "closing transactions only" is done to mitigate various risks associated with clearing trades and integrity of the market place.
