I agree, I did the same thing. I bought and sold at tehasme price and lost the fee. Believe it or not, I actually tried to buy bacnin when they finally started to send out Pr after PR. I guess I have to thank scottrade fot not letting me buy it. Thank god for the restriction that scottrade had on EVFN or EVFL.

The going concern clause is pretty standard for pink sheet stocks.

What bothered me was that they burned through 72 billion shares by 9/30 and only had 154k of cash assets.
