Thanks Zeev. Is a "small earthquake" something that the country could absorb or are you saying under no circumstances is blowing that 380 tons feasible? I am not challenging your statement and have no intelligence in this area. I'm just trying to understand if you think it was still possible and should or shouldn't have been done anyway?
