This same management team managed eResearch Technolgies from 60 cents to $29 a share and four forward splits in three years. Get real, they know what they are doing.

So you think that three officers that came over from a company that went from 27 million to 1.5 billion in market valuation don't "understand the stock market and how it works". I don't think you have really thought out what you just said.
This is a company that needs cash to launch their products. If it takes some dilution then so be it. The alternative is to not dilute and have no product to sell unless they have cash up front.(not going to happen)
