Unfortunatly it does not have to be the company that is selling shares. With the blatant disregard of the management for the shareholders and the SP those who had high hopes for the company are probably bailing out now. Bad management can kill a company. Look what happened to ASFX. The company gave a CC that Killed the SP. The Market is fickle, unfortunatly, and the management of this company does not understand the stock market and how it works.
