How is robbing a bank any different then robbing thousands of CMKX shareholders ?

Banks don't willingly hand over their money to the perps.

Robbery and fraud are two different things. Using force is different than using the stupidity of the gullible. Both are against the law but different.

There is no law about how many bank accounts you can open and the bank had nothing to do with convincing anyone to buy CMKX stock.
